The brand-new Nero floor plan is a 3-story townhome and features 920 sq. ft. of living space. We’ve taken customer feedback from our affordable stacked townhomes and the functionality of our 3 story townhomes and… voila! The best of both worlds wrapped up into one floor plan!

On the ground floor, you’ll find a single attached garage leading you through your entrance foyer. Also conveniently located on this level is a private powder room and your washer & dryer.

The main level is carefully thought out, and its open-concept design flows perfectly together making it perfect for hosting family and friends. The L-shaped kitchen offers plenty of storage space, & even a pantry for extra groceries and larger appliances.
