Designer Packages 

In a design center where possibilities are endless, we understand this could quickly become overwhelming. Often, people are faced with a large variety of selections, and even though it’s great to have so many options, it can be challenging to piece together what everything will look like in your new home. This is why we’ve created our Designer Colour Board Packages! These packages have been carefully selected by our designers and based on current house trends. Within each of these designer packages, you can choose from our standard selections or from our upgraded packages to really customize your home to your own taste.

The Colour Boards

We’ve taken inspiration from popular home styles and created 4 designer colour board packages. They are a visual summary of inspirational images, materials, and product examples that help give you a better representation of each style. We have 4 packages to choose from which include our Modern Farmhouse, Scandi, Nouveau, and Industrial packages.

Modern Farmhouse

Modern Farmhouse is one of the most popular design styles, and it’s easy to see why. It takes the comfortable farmhouse style and mixes it with contemporary touches, and neutral colour schemes. It often uses contrasting colours such as white with black accents and incorporates natural wood tones throughout. It is cozy and inviting and is versatile for any environment.

Scandi

Scandinavian design is minimalistic, simple, and functional. Brought together with natural materials such as leather and wood, the Scandi style is influenced by nature which creates a comforting space. Scandinavian style favors bright, airy spaces and incorporates neutral tones, and elements such as natural and abstract pieces.

Nouveau

The Nouveau style brings together classic touches with a modern feel. Its simple & unique design uses neutral tones, incorporating warm whites, light and dark greys as well as natural wood tones.

Industrial

If you’re looking for something a bit more on the bold side, then the Industrial style is for you. It gets its inspiration from old factories & industrial spaces and is brought together by using a natural colour palette such as greys, neutrals, and rustic colours. It is commonly associated with brick, metal, and wood accents layered throughout the space.

The Tier Collections

Not everyone has the same wishlist, and budget for their home. So, to make it a bit easier to choose, we’ve created tiers for each colour board. In addition to our included finishes, each colour board has 3 tiers. These tiers allow you to choose the budget you are comparable spending while still getting the look you want.

StreetSide includes all the modern finishings you’re searching for such as quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring & a tile kitchen backsplash in our homes. Some choose to select options outside our standard offering, which can include a wider range of colours and styles. For example, if you choose our Tier 1  Scandi board, you’d be able to upgrade to two-tone cabinets in the kitchen, a wider variety of backsplash colours & shapes, and even add a stylish feature wall to your master bedroom. If you’re looking to dive a little deeper into interior selections, our tier 3 collection is a great option for those who have a bit more room in their budget. In addition to all the above options, tier 3 gives you the flexibility to add options such as a silgranite undermount sink, a gorgeous fireplace feature, a fully tiled shower with glass doors & more. This is just a small example of all the upgrades that we offer.
