The Concept

With a refreshing twist on traditional single-story living, our bungalows offer the convenience of a low-maintenance lifestyle without the expensive bungalow price tag you’re used to. Attached on blocks of 3-4 homes, our bungalows are single-story homes (no basements) with detached garages. Think of a townhome but without the hassle of stairs!

The Models

We have two-floor plan options, the Canmore & Tofino!

The Canmore features 1 bedroom & 1.5 bathrooms. Offering 902 sq ft, the open-concept main floor creates a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for hosting gatherings and creating lasting memories. Step into the owner’s suite to discover a generously sized ensuite and a spacious walk-in closet, providing ample storage space for all your belongings.
