FULL COMMISSION RATES

As always, full commission – 3.5% on the first $100k, 1.5% on the balance. The commission is calculated on the contract price before GST. Some exclusions on clearance homes apply.

We pay commission upon condition removal, not on possession date, ensuring you get paid as soon as your client’s sale is complete.
