What is a Village Home?

Brand new to StreetSide, we have just released our first ever Village Homes in this sought-after neighbourhood! Village Homes are detached single-family homes that offer the convenience of a low-maintenance lifestyle. Each home will have a yearly village fee. Homeowners are responsible for the upkeep of their property, including property taxes, and will pay a yearly “village fee” towards the costs of maintaining common spaces and amenities. This fee is responsible for the exterior maintenance, repairs & insurance for common property, power for the common streetlights, garbage removal, and condo management services.
