Two-Bedroom Plans – 834 to 1,493 Square Feet
The 834 square feet Westly is perfect for those who want all the rooms of their home on the same floor. From the attached single car garage, head up the private stairway to the homes main floor. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet, but the closet in the second room still larger than average. You’ll enjoy the open concept kitchen and living space and the deck off the living room.
With 1,242 square feet, the Bourbon offers more space for those who need it. The main floor has a kitchen, eating area, and living room in addition to the outdoor deck. There’s a half-bathroom on this floor, and a corner pantry offers plenty of space for food storage. On the third floor, there are two bedrooms that each have ensuites & walk in closets. The layout of main living area in the Lombard model is very open. It’s a good choice for those who enjoy entertaining. In this model, you’ll also get a large laundry room and a corner pantry on the main floor. The Harley is fairly similar in layout but smaller in size. Sitting at just over 1200 sq ft. this model is identical to the Bourbon on the main floor but features three bedrooms upstairs.
The Madison is the largest floor plan offered in McLaughlin. In addition to the three bedrooms on the third floor and the open-concept living area on the main floor, there’s a den.
