What is an Urban Flat?
Much like a traditional condo, our Urban Flat condos have a lot of similarities. The main difference is the building is a 3-story walk-up (no elevator), and each unit will be under its own meter. This means that each homeowner only pays per usage for their own electricity & gas. One of the best benefits to this is rather than a flat rate based on an approximation of the whole building, you only pay for the services you use. This keeps your costs down, even if others use more services. The condo fees for our Urban Flats range from $140 -$235 per month depending on the model. They include water, exterior maintenance, and repairs including lawn care & snow removal, insurance & condo management services.
There will be 8 units per floor for a total of 24 units per building. The building will feature studio, 1 & 2 bedroom floor plans, ranging from 439 sq. ft. to 754 sq. ft. Each unit includes a private balcony, in-suite laundry, and the building offers exterior parking.
