In fact, our service and warranty process starts long before that. Its about setting the proper expectations as to what to expect when you build, what our processes are, and who you contact, when. We want this to be an experience you are happy you journeyed through.

Warranty Service

Your new home warranty will be managed by our dedicated StreetSide service team. We offer a 60-day service appointment as well as a year end service call to see how you and the home are settling in. Your Service Technician will contact you to set up these appointments to review any items you may have and schedule a service date to complete your service call. We coordinate with any trades or suppliers that may be needed for your service date. By coordinating this service date, it is our goal to provide quick resolution to service items while limiting any inconvenience to our homeowners.
