Skyview

Located in North Edmonton, there’s a short drive – or even a walk – to nearby stores and restaurants like Real Canadian Superstore and The Keg Steakhouse + Bar, and many other shops along 137 Avenue. You’ll also enjoy parks and other green spaces within walking distance.

In this community, StreetSide offers both condos and townhomes. You’ll find that the Aloft condo designs have a very modern feel, and there’s even a rooftop terrace in the building. The Altius townhome designs are planned perfectly to maximize your living space without feeling cramped, and they feature an attached garage.

Tamarack

MERLE TAMARACK EXTERIOR (2)Tamarack also includes a nice mixture of condos and townhomes. It’s a newer community, which buying a home here gives you a chance to get in at the start (translation: your home value has nowhere to go but up!). By acting quickly, you’ll have the opportunity to get a premium floor plan or lot if that’s something you want.

Located in the southeast part of the city, Tamarack offers residents the chance to live their best lives. There are parks and playgrounds within the community, and shopping centres nearby. People often choose this neighbourhood because the new Meadows Recreation Centre is right across the street. Go there for exercise, family fun, and other special activities.

Shopping options include major chain stores like Home Depot and Save-On, which are merely minutes away, and commuters have quick access to both Anthony Henday Drive and Whitemud Drive.

The Aloft condos are both functional and elegant; ample storage space and smart design blend seamlessly in these open floor plans. Looking at the Altius townhomes you’ll find plenty of options, ones that will fit the first-time buyer or a growing family, depending on your particular needs. Large master suites and beautiful finishing details are just the beginning.

Crossroads of Rutherford

In the popular Southwest Edmonton area, just outside of the Anthony Henday perimeter, Crossroads of Rutherford is a stunning luxury condo community with a lot of benefits. The buildings all have security cameras and intercom systems to welcome your guests. Interior doors have keyless deadbolts, which is a huge convenience.

Residents of Crossroads enjoy many amenities nearby, including West Edmonton Mall, Safeway, Save-On, along with being closely located near Fort Edmonton Park and the Edmonton Valley Zoo.

Our Rutherford condos here are either one or two bedrooms, and some have an additional den space. Large windows let light into your whole condo and the balcony (should you opt for this) increase your entertainment space. This is a smart choice for young professionals looking to build up equity while living in a thoroughly modern space.

Glenridding

There are also ample opportunities for recreation. Right in the community, you’ll find tree-lined streets for walking, and playgrounds for the kids. Nearby, there are several recreation centres, snow resorts, and golf courses.

StreetSide builds our famous Altius townhomes in Glenridding. These homes have one or two bedrooms, so they’re a great choice for retirees or young professionals who are looking for an affordable house that feels more like home than a condo would. There are seven different models to choose from, so you can easily find the one to meet your needs.

You’ll find a nice mixture of our Altius townhomes in Crystallina. The one or two-bedroom homes are great for downsizers or those starting out, while the larger three-bedroom styles are the perfect choice for a growing family.
