Online Sales Concierge

StreetSide Developments is the multi-family builder business unit of Qualico, and one of the largest fully integrated real estate companies in western Canada. We are looking for a dynamic professional that excels at working with the public, and enjoys flexible work hours and making money. The chosen candidate will fill the role of Online Sales Concierge.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Concierge will be the first point of contact for all sales opportunities and customer issues via the website, social media and/or advertising sites.  The Concierge will be responsible to sort and qualify leads, and nurture them until they are ready to be assigned to the Area Sales Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Process inquiries from a variety of media based sources (website leads, phone calls, realtors, radio promotions, billboards. and print media)
  • Retrieve and analyze all leads that have displayed interest and /or requested information on StreetSide Developments.
  • Convert lead inquiries into sales center appointments.
  • Follow up with prospects after appointments have occurred.
  • Promote and support realtor relationships.
  • Function as a sales team member.
  • Follow up with all closed homeowners to improve referrals.

Requirements:

  • Telemarketing to business: 1 year
  • Sales Appointment Scheduling/Setting: 1 year
  • Have strong professional communication skills.
  • Enjoy talking to people over the phone.
  • Customer focused and personable.
  • Dependable and works without supervision. Follows through on what is needed.
  • Be coachable and a team player.
  • Advertising, local media background, B2B experience a strong plus and helpful, but not necessary if you have what it takes.
  • Computer with internet, recommend a phone plan with unlimited calling.

Additional Info:

  • Compensation will be fixed pay + commission made for each appointment booked.
  • Flexible Hours. Working hours are variable with access from 6am – 11pm, 7 days/week.
  • Attendance at sales meetings in the office is required, 1 to 1.5 hours/week.
